Will the car be legal to drive in Poland or Lithuania?
Yes. We handle customs clearance, type approval, European adaptation and registration. The car arrives registered and ready to drive.
What will the car cost in total?
We do not quote the price of a car sitting at a port in China. Every quote shows the expected all-in cost: the vehicle, transport, customs and duties, European adaptation, registration and optional insurance.
How long does delivery take?
For a new vehicle, the usual timeline is 6 to 10 weeks. Purchase, transport, customs, adaptation and registration are managed by one team.
How do I pay?
In four stages: reservation, vehicle purchase, transport, and customs and registration. Each payment has a clear milestone behind it. Bank financing or leasing may also be available, subject to approval.
Is the car insured when it arrives?
If you want it to be. Insurance is optional and not included in the price of the car. On request, we arrange OC and AC (CASCO) through our insurance partners before delivery, and you can add Onyx Motors Care, Care Plus or Value Protection.
Who services the car, and how fast do parts arrive?
We support every model we sell through our service partners. Spare parts come from China by air freight, typically within 6 to 10 working days.
Do you sell used cars?
Yes. Each used car is listed with photos, specifications, mileage, location, condition notes and an inspection video where available, along with its delivery and registration route.
Can I sell the car back to you later?
Ask us about buy-back. We can assess the car and offer a fair market price, so you do not have to find a private buyer.
