Who is responsible

Onyx Motors is a trading name of Trevio PL sp. z o.o., which is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you send us that way. We do not ask for payment details through this site.

From every visit, we also collect a small amount of anonymous usage data: the page you opened, the site you arrived from, your browser, your device type and your approximate location by country, region and city. It is counted in aggregate to tell us which pages people read. It is not tied to you, and we cannot work backwards from it to a person.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote if you ask for one. The legal basis is your request, which is steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who sees it

Enquiries reach our inbox by email. The form stores nothing: it passes your message on and keeps no copy of it.

Two providers handle your message on the way to us. Vercel hosts the site and runs the code that receives the form, and Resend delivers the message to our inbox. Both act only on our instructions. Both are based in the United States, so your message is processed outside the EEA under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Our email provider holds the message once it arrives. We do not sell your data.

Vercel also measures the usage data described above, on the same terms and in the same way outside the EEA.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries that do not lead to a purchase within 12 months. Records tied to a completed sale are kept for as long as our tax and warranty obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to privacy@onyxmotors.eu and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work: UODO in Poland, VDAI in Lithuania. Germany supervises private companies at state level rather than federally, so a complaint there goes to the authority for your own federal state.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all, and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing on your device to ask you about. The usage measurement described above works without cookies: a visit is recognised from the request itself, and that recognition is thrown away after 24 hours. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing follows you to other websites, and no advertising network is involved. If we ever add measurement that needs a cookie, this section and a consent choice will arrive with it.
